- Included usage
- Each paid seat receives monthly usage across the same two pools as Standard. Cursor describes Premium as 5x usage or 5x Agent limits relative to Standard, but Standard's absolute amount and the exact scope of the multiple are not published. Cursor does not publish the absolute size of either pool. Source ↗
- Reset and rollover
- Each seat's pools reset at the start of the billing cycle. Usage is allocated per user and does not transfer between team members. No rollover term is published. Source ↗
- On-demand usage
- On-demand usage is enabled by default and billed in arrears. Team spending limits can cap it. Source ↗
- Cursor Token Rate
- $0.25 per million tokens applies to third-party model input, output and cached tokens, including Auto and BYOK requests. Cursor Models are exempt; third-party token usage also pays the published model rate. Source ↗
- Per-seat billing
- $120 per paid user per month, excluding taxes. The yearly toggle shows $96 per user per month, but annual commitment, cancellation, renewal and minimum-seat terms are not published. Source ↗
- Tools and administration
- Cursor editor and Agent, Cloud Agents, automations, Bugbot, team marketplace, centralized billing and administration, usage analytics, team privacy mode and SAML/OIDC SSO. Source ↗
- Account scope
- A Teams account can belong to one team at a time. A free admin-only seat has no Cursor access. No Teams trial, promotion, minimum-seat or country-eligibility term is published. Source ↗
- Privacy
- Team privacy mode is available. Cursor's data-use terms govern model training and retention; third-party model providers have separate terms. Source ↗

Model access checked 2026-10-03. Named access does not establish how much of that model a plan includes or a predictable usage allowance.
On-demand usage continues by default at published model rates, plus the Cursor Token Rate for third-party models. Billing is in arrears and team spend controls can limit it.

Catalog record cursor-teams-premium@2026-10-03. Catalog dates identify recorded rule versions. New admissions do not establish a provider launch date. Provider credits are specific to that provider. Listing a price does not establish capacity, equivalent experience or that a plan could replace another.
